An amazing crust thanks to our custom slate deck. Not too thin. Not too thick. We use only the freshest ingredients. Our special slice of the day features locally grown seasonal toppings. Organic when possible.  cheese too.  Prices will vary based on our location. Some festivals charge higher fees and our prices change accordingly. 

Signature slices

Our delicious signature pizzas feature tomato sauce, mozzarella, provolone and parmesan cheeses.

SAY CHEESE!  $7 slice
Tomato sauce, loaded with mozzarella, provolone, cheddar and parmesan cheeses. Order a “say cheese” and we’ll take your photo and post it on our flickr page.

PEPPERONI $8 slice 
Our pepperoni will knock your socks off. Pepperoni, tomato sauce, mozzarella, provolone and parmesan.

SAUSAGE $8 slice 
We took the finest locally produced sausage and put plenty on. Italian sausage, tomato sauce, mozzarella, provolone and parmesan.

VERY VEGGIE $8 slice 
Tomato sauce, mushrooms,  onion, tomatoes, peppers, mozzarella, provolone and parmesan. So good carnivores will love it, too!

A SLICE OF MILWAUKEE $9
Tomato sauce, sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, roasted garlic, onion, mozzarella, provolone and parmesan.

THE MY TRIP TO ROMANIA SLICE 
I recently returned from a 10 day trip to Romania. On the trip I had the chance to try some different Romanian pizzas. All were pretty good, but the “traditional” Romanian toppings were really delicious, so we decided to add this pizza to the menu. Sos de tomate, branza Mozzarella, cubulete cu carne de vita,  carne de porc, carnati, boabe de porumb dulce, masline – Which means that this slice is loaded with our tomato sauce, thinly sliced smoked ham, fresh corn, onions, mozzarella cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. Also note that my Romanian is not good – so this may not be a direct translation :)

THE @TODDZ TWITTER SPAM SLICE 
Read before you click. We signed up for some dumb auto-friend thing on twitter. @toddz was the first to make us aware of it. We changed our password 5 times and 1 hour later everything was back to normal. Thank goodness. This slice is in honor of that experience and to thank our twitter followers for their patience. This slice is loaded with our tomato sauce, spam, pineapple chunks, green peppers and red onions. Topped with mozzarella cheese and a special blend of 5 other cheeses from @WisCheese. We’ll bring this slice to all tweet-ups from now on.

THE CHICKEN ALFREDO SLICE 
The brainchild of our twitter friend @jonkurozawa Loaded with home made alfredo sauce, sliced chicken breast and mushrooms, . Topped with mozzarella cheese from @WisCheese.

THE BREW CREW SAUSAGE RACE SLICE 
The brainchild of our twitter friend @jordonm We take all of the Johnsonville racing sausages. Brat, Hot Dog, Polish, Italian and Chorizo and pile them on our pizza. Loaded with mozzarella cheese and a special blend of 5 other cheeses from @WisCheese.

THE WISCONSIN STATE FAIR CHILI SLICE 
The same chili recipe that won several awards back in 1989, on our flakey crust, topped with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, red onions and sour cream.

THE FOUR CHEESE & SUNDRIED TOMATO SLICE 
Sundried tomatoes, basil, roasted garlic, tomato sauce, goat cheese, mozzarella, provolone and parmesan.

THE ORGANIC EGGPLANT & FRESH MOZZARELLA SLICE

Roasted Italian eggplant, roasted red onion, tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella and parsley.

THE BBQ CHICKEN SLICE
Chicken covered in our delicious BBQ sauce, red onion, mozzarella, provolone and parmesan.

THE FARMER’S MARKET SLICE
A farmer’s medley of random vegetables freshly selected from The Milwaukee Public Market with tomato sauce, mozzarella, provolone and parmesan.

THE CHICKEN MUSHROOM GARLIC SLICE
An amazing creation. Loaded with our chicken, fresh mushrooms and our special garlic seasoning mix, topped with mozzarella and swiss cheese.

SCOTT’S SPECIAL SLICE
Smoked Nueske’s bacon, caramelized red onion, tomato sauce, parmesan, mozzarella, provolone and gouda. 

THE DRIVE TO HANA SLICE
Hawaiian pizza with Canadian bacon, sweet pineapple, red onion, tomato sauce, mozzarella, provolone and parmesan.

S'MORES PIZZA
What!?! You won’t believe how delicious and unhealthy this slice of pizza is. Our Streetza crust is dusted with cinnamon and sugar and topped with Nutella, marshmallows, semi-sweet chocolate, crushed graham crackers and drizzled with hot fudge.

CRAB LEGS PIZZA $15 per slice
You won’t believe this slice of pizza! We start with a basil and thyme cream sauce, fresh crab meat, fresh corn, leeks, and mozzarella. Then we top it off with a whole crab leg!

@WISTATEFAIR CORN DOG PIZZA 
We celebrate all food on a stick with this delicious slice created during the Wisconsin State Fair. Topped with delicious corn dogs,tomato sauce, mozzarella, cheddar, provolone and parmesan.

@Potzer MEATBALL AND MUSHROOMS 
We used an amazing recipe from @Potzer to create mini-meatballs made with a blend of Italian sausage from Groppi’s, crimini mushrooms, tomato sauce, mozzarella, provolone and parmesan.

THE VEGAN SLICE
Hopefully we aren’t bannished from Wisconsin for this pizza. A Cheese-less pizza with our tomato sauce, fresh spinach, eggplant, onions, & cajun spiced potatoes. How can a pizza be good with no cheese? It is. Trust us.

THE BREWER’S HILL SLICE 
We take the finest locally produced bratwurst, simmer it in BIERZEIT GERMAN-STYLE KÖLSCH from @LakefrontBrewery and load it on our pizza, topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella, provolone and parmesan. Served with a side of sauerkraut.

THE BAY VIEW SLICE 
Our Streetza crust topped with a unique chunky tomato sauce, topped with ground sirloin, bacon, mozzarella and cheddar cheese, onion, and home-made potato chips from Cafe LuLu.

THE EAST SIDE SLICE
I’ve shopped at Beans & Barley since it was still in the old building. They have the best groceries in town. All the items on this pizza minus the dough are from this Milwaukee Icon. The best vegetables we see are sautéed in a curry sauce. Placed on-top of our Streetza crust, and topped with steamed rice.

THE HISTORIC 3rd WARD SLICE 
For years, my diet revolved around lunches at the Broadway Bar & Grill, It closed years ago, but this pizza is a celebration of one of the best things on their menu. Streetza sauce is topped with slowly simmered BBQ beef, red onions and cheddar cheese.

THE WALKER’S POINT SLICE
Streetza crust topped with a special “salsa-like” pizza sauce, chorizo sausage, onions, peppers, mozzarella and cheddar cheese, and tortilla chips from Botanas.

THE JONES ISLAND SLICE
This is probably a pizza we won’t sell very often, but Jones Island is where my great-grandparents settled and this neighborhood deserves a slice too. Tomato sauce topped with swiss cheese, leeks and pickled herring from Ma Baensch.

THE NORTH SHORE SLICE 

Hey, this slice is more expensive than any of the other ones. But, it’s topped with some pretty special things. Olive-oil brushed on our crust, topped with smoked salmon, red onion and fresh dill topped with Créme fraîche and a little black caviar.

 

THE RIVERWEST SLICE 
The idea for this slice came from an awesome sandwich from Fuel Cafe. Our Streetza sauce topped with spaghetti noodles, Italian sausage, hot Giardiniera peppers and mozzarella cheese.

Every week we try to add lots of new flavor combinations. And often we need inspiration.
Ever since Streetza started, we have crowd-sourced, or rather, crowd-sauced many of the toppings we place on our pizzas. Here are some of the latest flavor combinations that you’ve come up with that will be on our menu in 2012. Follow us on twitter to find out where and when you can get these great slices. The StephSnack Slice –  Pepperoni, green olives, pickled jalapeños, and feta.

The Luke Stecker Slice – Shrimp, bacon, avocado and pineapple.

The Erica Gordon Slice – 4 seasons pizza! 1/4 onions, 1/4 colorful peppers/pepperoni, 1/4 spinach/pineapple, 1/4 edible flowers.

The Jess Unavailable Slice - pico de gallo, pepper jack, arrabiata, bratwurst slices; “Germans in Mexico” (for the electric six song of the same name).

The Jon Kurozawa Girl Scout Slice -Girl Scout Thin Mints and chocolate.

The Caitlin Slice – A Mediterranean pizza topped with spinach, tomatoes and feta cheese.

The Mike & Tommy Show Slice – Ham, Extra cheese, BBQ sauce, bacon and pineapple.

The Raymond - Mac n cheese n cheese n cheese pizza.

The Joel Kasmarick - A breakfast pizza with scrambled eggs, bacon & sausage.

The Summer Santana - Pepperoni , black olives, onions, and jalapeños.

The Dill Phil – Chicken and dill pickles.

The Michael Fusion – Shrimp, bacon, pineapple and cream cheese on a standard cheese pizza.

The Jessica Z - White bean, Italian sausage crumbles, spinach and asiago cheese.

The Karen in Thailand – Spicy peanut sauce, topped with cheese, tiny shrimp, shredded carrots and then topped with a salad of bean sprouts and green onions.

The Bryan Korean BBQ – Korean BBQ Beef (Pul-Kogi) pizza, garnished with onion, cilantro and a hash of chili-soy-dressed lettuce.

The Salvador CHaVa - Peppproni, sausage, chicken. Jalapeño and tomatoes. It’s called the CHaVa

The LaRosa Breakfast Pizza – bacon, egg, & cheese over a garlic-y sauce. Topped with some avocados and sriracha ranch.

The Sheasby Pizza - Chorizo, onions, red peppers, potatoes Monterrey jack cheese w sour cream on top.

The Curry Chris Pizza – A curry chicken pizza with sweet potatoes and garbanzo beans.

The Swedish Balistreri Pizza – An Oxtail and Hollandaise sauce pizza.

The Deerkey Supercluster – Everything you can imagine on a pizza. Pepperoni, Hamburger, Sausage, Mushroom, Onion, Green Peppers, Olives & Anchovies.
